The Irish Rugby Football Union has reached agreement with the French Federation over the refunding of face value tickets from Saturday's postponed Six Nations game in Paris.
Tickets purchases from clubs can be returned to any of the four provincial branches within Ireland or to the IRFU head office.
Tickets will have to be returned by 1700 GMT on Tuesday 21 February.
All match tickets remain valid for the rescheduled game on Sunday 4 March.
But, for those wanting refunds, the IRFU will co-ordinate the return of tickets to the French governing body.
The French Federation's closing date is 23 February and it has said that only actual physical tickets will be refunded.
They also state that all other tickets purchased by Irish supporters outside the allocation given to the IRFU must contact their point of purchase directly in order to claim a refund.
That means that tickets bought through travel agents or ticket websites must be refunded through those outlets.
With tickets from last weekend remaining valid for 4 March, the French Federation will not be reissuing tickets for the game, so they will not permit entry to the Stade de France unless the same match ticket is produced.
IRFU chief executive Philip Browne said that the Irish governing body had "pushed hard" for the refund option for supporters.
"The team, and the IRFU, hugely appreciate the effort and expense Irish supporters went to in order to be at the match and we hope this gesture will go some way towards making up for the inconvenience they suffered," said the IRFU chief.
